The sea is one of the most important symbols of friendship, kindness, and unity

The nature of the seas that eliminates borders has brought maritime transportation to the top of global trade from the past to the present. At the same time, the seas, which unite societies and reveal cultural richness, make important contributions to humanity in socio-cultural terms. As a reflection of these contributions, unity created by maritime trade is a valuable achievement that allows all actors of maritime trade to come together. Today, as in all sectors, events and organizations in maritime trade are important activities that bring seafarers together and lead to the formation of a serious communication network. 

With the Istanbul International Shipping Conference & Gala Dinner 2022 (ISTSHIP-2022), which will be held in Istanbul, one of the most important maritime centers of the world and the capital of great empires that shaped history, we will bring together the world's seafarers and also make you experience the excitement of feeling the unique spirit of solidarity that the seas have provided to us once again.

With ISTSHIP-22, to which Greece has been invited as a guest country, we also aim to open new horizons and draw different routes for the maritime industry by listening to the developments in the sector of the leading names in global maritime transportation.  We are pleased to welcome all sectors that serve maritime transportation under the umbrella of ISTSHIP-22 with the mission imposed on us by the seas, which stands as the pioneer of development and growth. In line with the goals we have set with ISTHIP, which we have implemented with this approach and vision, we sincerely believe that we have laid the foundations of an important organization that will shape the world seafaring and in which our seafarers can find answers to the questions they are looking for answers to.
